Intake answers and session notes belong to you. Only you can read them, and they are stored encrypted.
Notes are kept apart
What seloura uses to write newsletters and pages is kept separate from your notes and intakes. One cannot reach the other.
Shared only with consent
When you refer someone to a colleague, only what your client agreed to goes along. The introduction is shared, never the file.
People in pain get a person
Messages with grief, worry or anything about health are never answered automatically. They reach you, flagged. With signs of a crisis, you are alerted straight away.
In Europe, under the GDPR
seloura runs on servers in the European Union. You can always ask for your data, take it with you or have it deleted.
Every euro visible
Every payment, refund and payout is recorded, and you can see all of them.
